จุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้
Students are able to:
- identify types and services of the travel agency and the hotel
- use language to serve English-speaking tourists since their arrival at the airport, to the hotel, the travel agency, until their departure
- use vocabulary and expressions used in the services
คำอธิบายรายวิชา
This course provides students with proficiency and knowledge about types and services of the travel agency and the hotel. Its focus is practice of using authentic language to serve English-speaking tourists since their arrival at the airport, to the hotel, the travel agency, until their departure. Vocabulary and expressions used in the services are also studied. Practical exercises are used to enhance students’ speaking with appropriateness and fluency. Also, topics of local interest or market potential are included to familiarize the students with the language and background of the industry. Visit to a 4 or 5 star hotel and a tour company to learn about the business is required.
