จุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ เพื่อให้นักศึกษา

1. เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถทำความเข้าใจโครงสร้างคำและการหาความหมายของคำแบบต่าง ๆเพื่อช่วยการทำความเข้าใจเนื้อเรื่องที่อ่าน
2. เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถทำความเข้าใจข้อความหรือบทอ่านที่ซับซ้อนขึ้นและสามารถบอกรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ของเนื้อเรื่องได้
3. เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถบอกความแตกต่างของบทอ่านประเภทต่าง ๆ โดยดูจากตัวชี้แนะที่ปรากฏในบทอ่านนั้น ๆ
4. เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถเดาความหมายของคำและบทอ่านโดยดูจากพจนานุกรมและสามารถบอกรายละเอียดต่างๆ ของคำจากพจนานุกรมได้
5. เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถค้นหาใจความสำคัญและการสรุปเรื่องที่อ่านได้

 

คำอธิบายรายวิชา

                The concept of how continuous texts fit together and the significance of discourse markers with attention to the development of theme in types of texts, including narration, description, comparison, definition, classification, exemplification, cause-effect and problem solving. Reading for main ideas and details in longer texts.
