Jesada Sartthong was born in 1974 in the Playnam (ปลายนำ้) village of Suphanburi town in Thailand on June 11, 1974. He graduated B.Ind. in Telecommunication technology from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) in 1998. He then graduated B.Eng. in Electronic and telecommunication engineering from Pathumwan Institute of Technology (PWIT) in 2007. He then pursued M.Eng. and D.Eng. in Telecommunication Engineering both from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) in 2004 and 2014, respectively. Currently, he is a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (NPRU), Nakhon Pathom province, Thailand. In doctoral degree , he received a scholarship from Thai government to study doctor of engineering (D.Eng) at KMITL from 2007 to 2014. His research in the area of telecommunication network modeling and simulations, Backoff algorithms, Queueing theory, Medium Access Control protocol (MAC), Discrete Time Markov Chain (DTMC) model. Many his research papers introduced the performance of backoff algorithm techniques based on IEEE 802.11xx in Wireless Local Area (WLAN) standards. Now, he is a member of Research unit of Agritronics and Energy , Department of Engineering and Technology, NPRU.
