Course Description

Basic knowledge for necessary vocabulary and expressions required in hotel business areas with emphasis on communication with hotel guests and other English speaking staff members. English practice in daily hotel business, on the telephone and on-line. English business correspondence in hotel business. A 4 or 5 star hotel visit to learn about the business.
