Simple: I go to school.
Cont.: I am going to school.
Past: I went to school last two day.
PP Cont: I had been going to school.

Simple: He goes to school.
Cont.: He is going to school.
Past: He went to school last month.
PP Cont: He has been going to school.

Simple: They do their homework.
Cont.: They are doing their homework.
Past: They did their homework last week.
PP Cont: They had been doing their homework.

Simple: John plays the guitar.
Cont.: John is playing the guitar.
Past: John played the guitar.
